Late Arrivals

We are by appointment only! If you are unable to make it to your scheduled time, please let us know as soon as possible. And if you are running late, please let us know! We could only hold your appointment for 15 minutes before we need to reschedule. Sometimes we might give you 2 phone calls after 10 minutes late. And your appointment will be auto-cancelled after 15 minutes and considered to NO SHOW and your appointment need to be rescheduled. We complete understand that life happens! If you have 5 late cancellations or 3 no-shows, we will kindly ask for $25 deposit to book future appointments. Don't worry-this deposit will go toward your service on the day of your appointment.
Nail Fixes
We pride ourselves on providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible services. We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service. This is why we offer a 5-day guarantee for builder gel, acrylics and shellac or gel colour services.
* Chipping of the gel polish/gel, lifting, & peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please make an appointment to come back to our salon & allow us to make it right, without any additional charge. The nail repair costs do NOT include nail art or design that may have previously been on the nail needing repair or replacement. If you wish to have the design replaced this will be an additional charge based on the design chosen by the client. To schedule a repair simply call or message us by Intargram or Facebook and provide your name, your phone number and the date of your original service. We will schedule it for the first available time within five days of your initial appointment.

Services and Ideas
If you are planning to get long nails or a detailed design, please send us your inspiration pictures ahead of time. This helps us prepare and ensures we book the right amount of time for you. If no inspiration is provided, we will book your appointment as a standard 1-hour. Please let us know clearly which services you would like to get, you could reach out to us about this if you are not sure about the services name. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate additional or different services than what was originally booked, especially if added during your appointment. Managing our time helps us give everyone the best experience - and we want to make sure we have enough time to give you the nails and services you love!
Right to Refuse Services
Our nail technicians reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful behavior, arrives under the influence, has poor hygiene, or does not follow our salon policies.
